JA T3 Framework 2 V 1.6.0 for Joomla 1.7 released - Major Improvement release
T3 framework 2 plugin version 1.6.0 - a major version release introducing more features and improvements was released over the last week. Please take due backup before upgrading your site. Earier versions of T3 plugin namely 1.4.0 and 1.5.0 were also major releases and part of plan to improve T3 functionality.
These updates will not be available in the T3 framework for Joomla! 1.5.
- Simpler folder structure. Core & local folders replaced with etc and themes folder. Take backup and convert the folders to new structure from template backend - please note server limitations may hinder this operation.
- Profile assignment for languages.
- Improved implementation for Google Web Fonts 2.0
- RTL option removed from global settings, now enabled by installing arabic (RTL language) and making it default
- Typo.css file in the base theme removed.
- Android Layout added
- More options to manage layouts
